I just came across this very cool site called Papergirl San Francisco. It’s part of a larger “movement” that was started in Berlin. Their mission is “to bring art to our community in a new, exciting and participatory way; directly and freely by bicycle. We’re into the idea of facilitating people being generous with each other, random acts of kindness, and sharing ideas and energy with strangers.” Gotta love the mission and the fun, retro graphics (bicycle and stamp, in particular).

Art via bicycle! What more could you want?

Can you believe it’s already August … I can’t. Summer in the mountains surrounding Aspen is way too short. For a few brief months a year, my back yard becomes THE place I want to be. Our back yard takes on a life of it’s own and I can barely keep up with it. I look forward to coming home every evening to see what has changed or grown and by how much. When it came time to create August’s calendar, I didn’t have far to look for the perfect inspiration. Below is what we sent on the calendar backside as inspirational thoughts for the month.
