We’re 10 days into May and I am just getting around to posting our May calendar…both myself and spring (at least here in the Roaring Fork Valley) are running a little late. We’re forecasted to have both rain and snow this week so hopefully by the time next weekend rolls around and some warmth comes back, we’ll feel even more like spring has sprung.
Right now, it’s time to spring loose our May calendar. This month’s inspiration comes from some trees I often pass while out walking. They burst forth with some almost coral colored blooms on dark reddish-brown branches. They may not be the typical pink and white little flowers often thought of with spring but the colors really stick out to me in a slightly different beautiful way.
Here’s the inspiration we shared with our clients on the back of the calendar:
may
ideas
thunder and lightening awaken nature
warm sun heats the earth
time spent outside

everything looks fresh and new
birds everywhere
ink
blooms bursting in spring colors
The calendar download link is just below. Enjoy May. Don’t forget to check back at the beginning of June. I promise to be better at posting on the first of the month. In case you were wondering, my birthday tulips were thwarted by a mouse who thoroughly enjoyed all but one of my tulips. At least he was kind enough to leave me one!

Nice i like it.
